Electra Riley has been practicing yoga for 22 years and teaching for 5 years. Her first love of yoga was Ashtanga, a tradition that uses the body’s own heat to warm the muscles and build strength. Electra got her RYT 200 in yoga therapy which promotes the function of a posture and injury prevention. Her classes focus on fun and inclusion, welcoming students of all levels to practice on a regular basis because the practice itself is the true teacher. Practice and all it coming.
