Ryon started his fitness journey as most people do, unsure of what to do or how to do it. What he did know was that he was sick and tired of being over weight and out of shape.
In 2016 he decided to do something about it. Weighing in at his heaviest at a staggering 278 lbs, he knew something had to change.
The first changes he made towards a healthier lifestyle were his eating habits. After a month of making small calculated changes to his nutrition, he started working out and absolutely fell in love with the results!
After being able to achieve what he felt was an impossible goal (losing almost 100 lbs and getting into the best shape of his life), he knew that he wanted to help others reach their fitness goals as well.
Ryon fell in love with different styles of H.I.I.T circuit training/weight training. He works hard to help people see that they too have the potential to reach any goal they want with the right amount of determination, discipline, and focus!
